What’s very exciting for the following years? We are trying to expand our offering to make the life of drayage carriers better.

Our focus now into drayage will bring all these benefits that our app has to offer to OTR carriers; we’re now bringing into the drayage world. Since going in and out of the ports and working the terminals is very complicated, has a lot of pain points for carriers working in drayage, we are super excited that we are going to help these carriers get in and out of the ports quicker, increase their revenue, increase the loads and moves they do with NEXT. And this is a very challenging problem for Product and Engineering to solve, but we’re actively working on it with all these interesting features that Chris mentioned in order to make the life of drayage carriers easier.

I think that’s really core because our mission and values here at NEXT are geared principally around drivers. We want to make drivers’ lives better and that’s something that’s easy for all of us to get behind and as we move into 2020 more and more of our features will be geared to improving their lives… Whether it’s through helping them make more money or find jobs easier or have jobs strung together more easily, there’s a whole host of things. We’re working on projects that align with our mission and our values. It’s gonna allow for a whole host of positives to come out of it in terms of employee engagement, excitement around what we’re delivering, more value for our end users and their customers.
